On our tyre tests website, we've selected a few standout BF summer tyres from a wide pool based on recent rigorous testing. Among these, the BFGoodrich Advantage shines as a notable model, consistently being featured in various tests over the years.

The BFGoodrich Advantage has been subjected to multiple evaluations, showcasing its adaptability across different conditions. In a 2024 Autobild test for size 205/55 R16, it earned the label of "good," impressing with dynamic dry handling, a quiet ride, low rolling resistance, and an attractive price point. However, it did show a tendency to understeer in wet conditions. A repeat in the same year for brake performance reinforced these findings.

In a 2023 ADAC test, the model continued to solidify its reputation, although with a "satisfactory" rating for its performance in the same size category. Going back to a 2022 Autobild test on size 215/55 R17, the tyre was praised for its stable handling and short dry braking distances, despite understeering and longer wet braking paths.

The most recent testing in 2025 saw the BFGoodrich Advantage in size 225/40 R18, but without a specific qualitative rating mentioned, indicating consistent consideration in varying setups. Overall, the BFGoodrich Advantage remains a reliable choice for consumers seeking a balanced summer tyre, as evidenced by its recurring presence in diverse testing environments.
