The Nokian Powerproof 1 is the latest iteration, succeeding the original Nokian Powerproof. In the 2025 ADAC test, this tyre earned a "satisfactory" rating in the popular 225/40 R18 size. The tyre was praised for its impressive performance on wet surfaces, high projected lifespan, minimal wear, and good efficiency. However, it showed some weakness on dry roads, particularly in terms of driving comfort. The Nokian Powerproof 1 was also rigorously evaluated by Autobild in the same size, where its braking distance was highlighted. As the newest entrant in the Powerproof lineage, it offers a refined upgrade with more than one test endorsement.

Another well-regarded tyre is the Nokian WetProof. This model has undergone multiple tests, with mixed but generally positive outcomes. In the 2023 ADAC evaluation, the WetProof tyre in the 205/55 R16 size was rated as "good," praised for its balanced driving characteristics on both wet and dry roads and overall efficiency. However, environmental and sustainability aspects were noted as areas for improvement. Despite these minor downsides, the WetProof has been consistently recommended in prior tests, such as receiving a "highly recommended" rating from GTÜ in 2021, making it a strong contender for those prioritizing all-around performance.

Finally, the Nokian Hakka Blue 3 is another noteworthy option. While it has fewer test instances, its performance in the 2024 Vibilagare test in the 215/55 R17 size proved promising. Its inclusion is based on being a reliable performer, showcasing the brand's commitment to quality and innovation in summer tyre technology.
