In this comparison, we are comparing a tyre from a manufacturer from France (
Michelin) against a tyre from a manufacturer from Netherlands (
Vredestein). Generally,
Vredestein allround tyres are slightly better rated (77%) than
Michelin (68%). In this particular case, the Vredestein Quatrac has a better rating of 90% compared to 58% of the Michelin CrossClimate 2 A/W. The first tyre test of Michelin CrossClimate 2 A/W was done in 2026, compared to 2020 when was the Vredestein Quatrac first tested. Important for this comparison is also the
Tire Rack 2026 215/55 R17 test, where both the
CrossClimate 2 A/W and the
Quatrac were tested.
