Our review compares two summer tyres, namely the Giti Gitisynergy H2 and the Semperit Speed-Life 3. Both tyres have been thoroughly tested in numerous conditions to provide you with a detailed and fair comparison.

The Giti Gitisynergy H2, manufactured by Giti, though lack a predecessor, doesn't have a replacement model yet as well. In most tests, this tyre showed a satisfactory performance. For instance, in the Autobild test, out of 55 tyres, it held the 17th position. Its strengths as per the ADAC tests include good dry braking and it placed 6th overall amongst 16 tyres tested. The tyre received praise for its safe handling on wet roads and short dry braking distances. However, it was critiqued for its high rolling resistance and a tendency to understeer on dry roads.

On the other hand, the Semperit Speed-Life 3, a product of Semperit, replaces the Semperit Speed-Life and doesn't yet have a model to replace it. It scored slightly lower in comparative tests, taking the 23rd spot in the Autobild test and ranking 12th in the ADAC test, which commended its performance in the cross aquaplaning category. The tyre was rated positively for its efficiency on wet roads and satisfactory mileage. However, its balance and handling on dry surfaces were found to be a bit lacking. Also, its environmental performance was noted for improvements.

Overall, in terms of the mutual tests, the Giti Gitisynergy H2 appears to be a slightly better tyre as it ranked higher in both Autobild and ADAC tests. But it's important to note that both tyres have their unique strengths and weaknesses. The choice between these two would primarily depend on your preference for certain features such as dry braking, cross aquaplaning, or handling on wet and dry roads.

We recommend the Giti Gitisynergy H2 for drivers seeking safe handling on wet roads and shorter dry braking distances, and the Semperit Speed-Life 3 for those prioritizing efficiency on wet roads and better aquaplaning resistance.
